Abstract

A device preferably for a wet room floor or a roof having a slope towards a drain, the floor or roof surface (12) is made up by at least two separate, adjacently positioned sheet elements (11). The sheet elements (11) are shaped as circular sector parts and are positioned around the drain (10), whereby the sheet elements (11) shows a lower support surface (16) abutting a flat base and an upper surface (12) which continuously and radially slope in a predetermined gradient towards the drain (10).

Description

. . 517 045 2 The floor or roof is built 'from the well and outwards in a circular manner where each circle comprises block elements with a specific circle sector part shape for each circle.

Respective block elements can be joined with tongue and groove or similar. The invention will now be described in more detail below by means of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates a floor or a roof according to the present invention. Fig. 2 illustrates the design of the various constituent block elements in accordance with the circle to be formed by them.

Fig. 3 illustrates a block element with der spring and tongue and two detail enlargements. Fig. 4 illustrates the slope of the floor or ceiling in section from the well along a radius.

Fig. 1 shows an inventive roof or wet room floor around a well 10. A number of circles 1-7 built up of block elements 11 surround the well 10. In the case shown, the first circle comprises five elements, the second circle has nine block elements, the third fourteen etc.

As shown in Fig. 2, the block elements 11 of the different circles 1-7 have different shapes to form the different circles, the diameters of which differ.

In Fig. 3 it is seen that the block element 11 has an upper surface 12 which is displaced relative to the block element 11 so that a spring 13 is formed on two of the edges, see magnification A, and a corresponding groove 14 on the two remaining edges of the block element 11 , see magnification B.

20 25 30 ø ansa v unna: s .-Each block element 11 has a base 15 which has a support surface 16. The support surface 16 is intended to support against a flat surface, such as a subfloor. The base 15 increases in height radially from the edge 17 closest to the well 10 in mounted position 35 to the edge 18 furthest from the well 10 so that the upper surface 12 of the block element 11 will slope radially towards the well 10. See Se g 4. The base 15 may be solid or comprise studs or arm support structure and comprise any suitable material, for example Styrofoam or wires. “I 5 1 7 Û 4 5 Éï * - ~ Li ÉII = 3 The innermost circle 1 is wedge-shaped with preferably a radial inclination of about 0.7 degrees. In the preferred embodiment, the inner block member increases from -0 to 7 mm in height over a length of 600 mm. The block elements 11 in the following circle 2 start at the same height as the block elements 11 in the circle 1 inside (in the preferred embodiment 7 mm) and also have a radial inclination of about 0.7 5 degrees (whereby the distal edges of the block elements 11 end at a height of 14 mm if the block elements in circle 2 also have a length of 600 mm). The block elements ll in the following circles follow the same idea, whereby a floor is formed with a constant radial slope towards the well 10. When mounting, a drawing is preferably used over the inventive block-built floor or roof, which is placed with the edge marking over the existing well. . The drawing is folded along delimiting walls or other delimitation if necessary or desired. Then the circles are mounted until a fold in the drawing is reached. The outermost circle is sawn along the fold to fit the actual surface. Then the next circle is mounted and adapted, sawn, according to the drawing, ie the boundary of the surface or the like. Finally, a floor or ceiling has been formed that fits the intended surface around a comfortable well. On the inventive floor, for example, a wet carpet or roof covering can then be laid professionally. 20 25 30 ø ansa v away: s .-
