Abstract

The invention relates to a hose coupling component with at least one insertion member (1) for insertion into the end of a hose (2) of flexible material, and a connection piece (3) for connection to another hose coupling component. According to the invention, the insertion member (1) is surrounded by a sheath (5) of flexible material, said sheath (5) being essentially cylindrical and coaxial to the insertion member (1).
