Abstract

A pipeline connection arrangement, consisting especially of plastic, contains a first pipe (2) or moulded part which has a collar (4) with a bead (10), and a second pipe (14) or moulded part whose tip end can be pushed into the collar (4). Arranged in the bead (10) is a sealing element (20) whose sealing lip (26) rests in a sealing manner on the tip end and to which an annular apron (22) is connected. This connection arrangement is intended to be constructed to the effect that, with a low production and material cost, the transition between different pipe systems is sealed in a functionally-reliable manner. It is proposed that, for use in the transition region of two different pipe systems which have a different internal diameter and/or wall thicknesses, the external diameters of the sealing element and of the apron (22) be matched to the first pipe system, and the internal diameter of the sealing element (20) and of the apron (22) be matched to the second pipe system. <IMAGE>
