Abstract

The ends of two double pipes (1), each with an inner (3) and outer (2) pipe, are joined by a protective plate (8) between the outer and inner pipes. Connected to the edge of the plate located against the inner pipe is a female-type outer connection (10) for joining the plate to the outer pipe.
