Abstract

Kronbytare för att mekaniserat byta borrkrona (1) på borrstål på borriggar vid spränghålsborrning i tunnel och anläggningsarbeten underjord.Kronbytaren är uppbyggd kring ett stativ(2) som är förskjutbar på matare (8). Stativet innehåller, magasin (12) med med borrkronor insatta i en laddram (16), puttare (13) för att mata fram borrkrona ur magasin,. två st individuellt svängbara armar (17 (21) drivna av aktuator (18) (19) och ett klämorgan (20) för att klämma borrkrona och förflytta borrkrona till läge i linje med borrstål för på och avgängning,. För att undvika skador vid påhugg och borrkax är stativet under borrning parkerat från borrstödet.När borrkrona skall bytas förflyttas stativet så att arm och klämorgan kan greppa borrkrona framför borrstöd. Stativet kan innehålla kraftkälla för el och hydraulsystem och styrsystem.Manövrering kan ske med bärbar fjärrkontroll och från operatörshytt Kronbytaren kan monteras som separat enhet på befintliga borriggar eller integreras i nyproduktion.
