Abstract

A power cable termination arrangement, comprising: an electric conductor (1); an internal electric insulation (2) attached to and enclosing at least a part of said conductor (1); an external encapsulation (3) enclosing the conductor (1) and the internal insulation (2); a intermediate electrical insulation medium (4), provided in a spacing between the external encapsulation (3) and the electric conductor (1). Along a part of the length of the conductor (1), there is provided a means (10) for increasing the thermal conductivity of the conductor (1).
