Abstract

The composition comprises sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate (SCPH) and one or more cellulose derivatives or salts thereof as a thickening agent. A composition for treating surfaces of substrates comprises SCPH as an active ingredient and one or more cellulose derivatives or salts thereof as a thickening agent. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Solution comprising the above composition and a liquid solvent, preferably comprising 2- 50 (7-25) wt.% composition; and (2) Plastic package containing the above composition.
