Abstract

The steering wheel arrangement is for a fork lift truck and comprises an outer bearing part (4) fixed to the truck via a threaded lock nut (19,20). The bearing body at the lower end is integral with a fork (2) supporting a wheel (1) or a roller. The inner bearing part (2) is provided with a low friction lining (5) on its bearing surface. - Between an upper fork (14) on the outer bearing part and an upper end on the inner bearing body is an elastic spring body (12). The inner and outer bearing parts are held together by a central screw or bolt (17), which extends through the spring body. The bolt is movable in the one bearing part and fixed in the other.
