Abstract
The invention relates to the field of automatic mechanical equipment, in particular to an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle comprises a wheel body assembly, wherein the wheel body assembly comprises a wheel body and a wheel frame; the adjustable balance wheel also comprises a connecting seat, an adjusting sleeve connected with the connecting seat, a height adjusting piece connected with the wheel carrier assembly and a first spring, wherein the connecting position of the height adjusting piece and the wheel carrier assembly is adjustable in the height direction; and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the height adjusting piece and the adjusting sleeve in an abutting mode. The invention aims to provide an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle, wherein the ground height of a wheel body of the balance wheel is flexibly adjustable, and the operation is convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automatic mechanical equipment, in particular to an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle.
Background
Industrial vehicles refer to power-driven motor vehicles used to carry, push, pull, lift, stack, or palletize various loads. Common industrial vehicles are forklifts, side-lifts, tractors, trucks, fork lifts, and the like.
Industrial vehicles require balance wheels to perform the vehicle's walking function. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN201420755726.1 discloses a balance wheel structure with a shock-absorbing function, in which a spring is added to the balance wheel, so as to provide the balance wheel with a shock-absorbing function. However, such a solution has certain drawbacks, on one hand, different vehicles have different requirements for the height of the balance wheel from the ground, and the height of the balance wheel from the ground is inconvenient to adjust. On the other hand, the buffering and shock-absorbing functions of the damping device come from springs, and the elastic buffering effect of the damping device is also inconvenient to adjust.

The invention aims to provide an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle, wherein the ground height of a wheel body of the balance wheel is flexibly adjustable, and the operation is convenient.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle comprises a wheel body assembly, wherein the wheel body assembly comprises a wheel body and a wheel frame; the adjustable balance wheel also comprises a connecting seat, an adjusting sleeve connected with the connecting seat, a height adjusting piece connected with the wheel carrier assembly and a first spring, wherein the connecting position of the height adjusting piece and the wheel carrier assembly is adjustable in the height direction; and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the height adjusting piece and the adjusting sleeve in an abutting mode.
Preferably, the wheel frame includes a side link connected to the wheel body and an upper link connected to the side link and extending in a vertical direction, and the upper link is connected to the height adjusting member.
Preferably, the height adjusting member is a screw and is threadedly coupled to the upper connecting shaft.
Preferably, the adjusting sleeve includes a main sleeve extending in a vertical direction and an upper abutting ring connected to the main sleeve and extending in a horizontal direction, the upper connecting shaft is located at an inner ring of the main sleeve, the height adjusting member includes a cover spring portion extending in the horizontal direction, and two ends of the spring respectively abut against the cover spring portion and the upper abutting ring.

In embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the wheel assembly 2 includes a wheel body 21 and a wheel frame 22, wherein the side connecting frame 221 is connected to a side surface of the wheel body 21, the side connecting frame 221 is further connected to an upper connecting shaft 222, and the upper connecting shaft 222 extends in a vertical direction.
The connecting seat 1 is connected with an adjusting sleeve 3, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting sleeve comprises a main sleeve body 32 and an upper abutting ring 31 connected with the main sleeve body. In the present embodiment, the height adjusting member 4 may use a member similar to a screw, whose lower end is screwed with the upper connecting shaft 222 and whose upper end, i.e., the lid spring portion 41, extends in the horizontal direction. The upper connecting shaft 222 is positioned at the inner circle position of the main sleeve body 32. And both ends of the first spring 5 are respectively connected with the upper abutting ring 31 and the cover spring part 41 in an abutting mode.
When the user needs to adjust the height of the wheel from the ground, for example, the wheel needs to be closer to the ground, the user only needs to unscrew the height adjusting member 4, the cover spring portion 41 is lifted, and the spring is stretched. Because the spring is stretched, the upward supporting force on the cover spring portion 41, which is originally generated by compression, becomes smaller, the cover spring portion 41 naturally descends, and the whole wheel body assembly 2 also descends synchronously with the height adjusting member 4 in the descending process. When the cover spring part 41 descends to a certain position, the first spring 5 is compressed again, sufficient supporting force is generated, the height adjusting part 4 and the wheel body assembly 2 are stabilized, the wheel body assembly 2 does not descend any more, but the action of approaching the ground is completed.
To enlarge the height above the ground, the height adjusting member 4 is screwed.
The outer ring of the upper connecting shaft 222 is provided with a linear bearing 6, and the wheel body assembly 2 of the linear bearing 6 can move along the axial direction and has quick response.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic force of the second spring 7 is used for elastically buffering the bumping generated during the running process of the balance wheel. Besides adjusting the height of the wheel above the ground, the technical scheme also supports adjustment of the buffering effect of the whole balance wheel. Specifically, the wheel frame seat 8 is connected to the wheel assembly 2, the engaging portion 81 is located on the outer ring of the upper connecting shaft 222, and the outer abutting ring 82 extends in the horizontal direction. The lower position of the main sleeve body 32 of the adjusting sleeve 3 is connected with a lower interference ring 33. Two ends of the second spring 7 are respectively connected with the lower abutting ring 33 and the outer abutting ring 82 in an abutting mode.
In the present case, if the buffering effect is softer, the distance between the lower abutting ring 33 and the outer abutting ring 82 is adjusted to increase the distance value, so that the second spring 7 is more extended. But also threaded connection between specific adjusting collar 3 and connecting seat 1, the user makes it rise through rotating adjusting collar 3, can realize the increase of above-mentioned distance value. The same principle that the buffering effect is needed is that the user rotates the adjusting sleeve 3 in the opposite direction to make it close to the outer abutting ring 82.
A cushion 94 is also provided and may be a polyurethane material as is known in the art. As shown in fig. 2, the polyurethane cushion pad 94 is located below the adjustment sleeve 3 and the linear bearing 6 and above the wheel carrier seat 8. A cushion 94 is mounted between the end caps and also acts as a cushion to protect the balance wheel when it is subjected to severe impact.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, for convenience of operation, a first adjusting handle 91 and a second adjusting handle 92 are provided to connect the height adjusting member 4 and the adjusting sleeve 3, respectively, and a user can easily adjust the ground clearance and the buffering effect of the balance wheel by operating the two adjusting handles. The connecting base 1 is directly connected with a wheel body mounting plate 93, and the wheel body mounting plate 93 is used for being connected with a main vehicle body of the industrial vehicle. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the height adjusting member 4 and the adjusting operation position of the adjusting sleeve 3 are both provided on the upper side of the wheel mounting plate 93, further providing a convenient operation space for the user to operate.
Claims (11)
1. An adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle comprises a wheel body assembly (2), and is characterized in that: the wheel body assembly (2) comprises a wheel body (21) and a wheel frame (22); the adjustable balance wheel further comprises a connecting seat (1), an adjusting sleeve (3) connected with the connecting seat (1), a height adjusting piece (4) connected with the wheel carrier assembly (2) and a first spring (5), wherein the connecting position of the height adjusting piece (4) and the wheel carrier assembly (2) is adjustable in the height direction; and two ends of the first spring (5) are respectively connected with the height adjusting piece (4) and the adjusting sleeve (3) in an abutting mode.

The adjustable balance wheel of an industrial vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wheel carrier (22) comprises a side connecting frame (221) connected with the wheel body (21) and an upper connecting shaft (222) connected with the side connecting frame (221) and extending in the vertical direction, and the upper connecting shaft (222) is connected with the height adjusting piece (4).
