Abstract
A thermal energy distribution system for supplying several buildings with thermal service, in which the buildings are fully detached from each other. The system comprises a branching station and several conduits forming an essentially unbroken connection from the branching station to a thermal connection close to each of the building. The conduit has essentially the same cross-section over the entire length. At least two conduits extend adjacent to each other over a first portion (CONa), and extend to each building over a third portion (CONc), and have a second portion (CONb) forming a transition between the first and the portion. One group of the first portions (CONa) of the conduit extend within or along a street.
