Abstract

Two c-profiles are positioned along the sides of the car roof in order to serve as a roof carrier in combination with two transversally positioned hollow elements (4) with curved outer ends (14) to be added. Each of the outer ends (14) has a slot at its upper surface and is fitted with a base to be inserted into the rails, touching their inner surfaces (9, 11). A securing element is swivel mounted to the base and provided with a step (26) engaging with the rail when the upper part (19) is swiveled around the transversal axle.
