Abstract

The knife comprises a shaft with an elongated handle section including a flat hand side and a finger side located opposite the flat hand side. The handle section length axis is located between the flat hand and finger sides and passes through a blade connected to the front end of the shaft. The cutting edge of the blade faces in the same direction as the finger side of the handle section and the rear edge of the blade faces in the same direction as the flat hand side of the handle section. The cutting edge is slanted downwards in a forwards direction away from the handle section at an angle of 15-40 deg. relative to the handle section length axis.
