Abstract
The actuator comprises a cylindrical body (1) in which a piston (2) can move axially. One of the chambers (4a,4b) formed by the piston is fitted with means for damping the end of travel formed by a sealing element (3a,3b) placed by the piston at an axial distance from it and able to move axially relative to it. When the piston makes a movement to an end of travel position and from which it has traveled a damping distance, defined by the axial distance between the sealing element and the piston, it closes a corresponding orifice for pressurized fluid arranged in the corresponding actuator cover (5a,5b) so that the rest of the pressurized fluid to be evacuated outside the pressurized chamber can only exhaust through a reduced passage section made available by a second diversion orifice.
