Abstract
A controlled braking or acceleration force is applied to at least one of the vehicle wheels. The braking or acceleration force causes the moving vehicle to sway and/or deviate from its course and the reaction time of the driver needed to correct this swaying or deviation is tested. An Independent claim is also included for the reaction time testing device.
