Abstract

The dispenser comprises a document store with a feed roller feeding documents though to the exit, with a separation system having mutually biased juxtaposed rollers (4,6) defining a nip to which documents are fed. A drive motor (1) is coupled to drive the rollers via a one way transmission. The separation system has a shaft connected via a one-way clutch to prevent rotation of the clutch, and pulley connected to the shaft by a second one-way clutch so drive can be communicated.
