Abstract

The machine comprises a vehicle (12) with a cross-direction beam along which a carriage (19) with a concrete treatment device (30) can travel. The treatment device includes four pipes with connections at one end for high pressure water hoses and nozzles at the other end for spraying jets of water against the concrete. Each pipe is guided by and mounted inside an excentral hole in a top cog wheel and bottom cog wheel which are coupled together, the bottom wheel being driven by a motor. Rotating the top and bottom wheels at different speeds enables the pipes to move in a rose pattern. An Independent claim is also included for a method of treating a concrete surface.
