Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بأنظمة وطرق. تشتمل طريقة على الحصول على معلومات تعريف المكون component identification information المرتبطة بالمكون المركب composite component. تشتمل الطريقة على الحصول على بيانات المستشعر sensor data للمكون المركب، تشير بيانات المستشعر للمكون المركب إلى موضع واحد أو أكثر من الجسيمات بحجم النانو nanoparticles، تكون واحد أو أكثر من الجسيمات بحجم النانو واحد على الأقل من المرسب على المكون المركب والمدمج داخل المكون المركب. تشتمل الطريقة على تعريف إدخال مرجعي reference entry أول للعديد من الإدخالات المرجعية في قاعدة بيانات مرجعية reference database مقابلة لمعلومات تعريف المكون، يشير الإدخال المرجعي الأول إلى موضع مرجعي reference position لواحد أو أكثر من الجسيمات بحجم النانو. تشتمل الطريقة على تنفيذ ترابط الصورة الرقمية digital image correlation بين بيانات المستشعر والإدخال المرجعي الأول للعديد من الإدخالات المرجعية. تشتمل الطريقة على تحديد قيمة التلف damage value للمكون المركب على أساس ترابط الصورة الرقمية بين بيانات المستشعر والإدخال المرجعي الأول. الشكل 1
