Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع بنظام كهروكيميائي لقياس حركيات إعادة التخميل لمادة فلزية تحت ظروف حقل نفط حامضية، يشتمل النظام على مبيت مصنوع من مادة فلزية يحيط بحيز داخلي؛ وأغلفة عازلة يتم تثبيتها على المبيت؛ وإليكتروليت يتم تضمينه بداخل الحيز الداخلي من المبيت والأغلفة العازلة؛ وأداة خدش تشتمل على مبيت ثاني مصنوع من مادة عازلة حيث يتم تثبيت أحد أطرافها في الإليكتروليت وحامل عينة خاص بحمل عينة المبيت المكونة من المادة الفلزية وطرف مسمار تم تثبيته لكي يقوم بخدش غشاء التخميل من سطح العينة ويتم إقران مصدر القدرة الكهربي مع المبيت والعينة بداخل أداة خدش بحيث يتم إنتاج تيار كهربي بين المبيت والعينة وحيث يكون حامل العينة قابلاً للحركة بالنسبة لطرف المسمار لكي يتم إنشاء خدش على العينة بداخل الإليكتروليت. شكل 1.
