Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتحويل خامات تغذية هيدروكربونية ثقيلة التي يغلي منها 50٪ بالوزن على الأقل عند درجة حرارة بمقدار º300مئوية على الأقل، وتحديدًا المتخلفات الخوائية. تخضع خامات التغذية إلى خطوة أولى (أ) التحويل الهيدروجيني العميق، تليها اختياريًا خطوة (ب) فصل كسر خفيف، ويتم الحصول على كسر متخلف ثقيل من الخطوة (ب) حيث يحتوي 80٪ بالوزن على الأقل منه على درجة حرارة غليان بمقدار º250مئوية. ثم يخضع الكسر المذكور من الخطوة (ب) أو الصبيب من الخطوة (أ) إلى خطوة ثانية (جـ) للتحويل الهيدروجيني العميق. تبلغ السرعة الفراغية بالساعة الإجمالية للخطوات (أ) إلى (جـ) أقل من 0.1 ساعة-1. تتم تجزئة الصبيب من الخطوة (جـ) لفصل كسر خفيف. يتم إرسال الكسر الثقيل الذي تم الحصول عليه، الذي 80٪ بالوزن منه يغلي عند درجة حرارة º300مئوية على الأقل، إلى خطوة نزع أسفلت (ه). يتم بعدئذ تحويل كسر الزيت منزوع الأسفلت deasphalted oil (DAO) بصورة مفضلة في خطوة (و) مختارة من التحويل الهيدروجيني ذي القاع الفوار، التكسير الحفزي ذي القاع المتميع والتكسير الهيدروجيني ذي القاع الثابت. شكل 1.
