Abstract

طريقة وجهاز لتسخين وتنقية الموائع METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HEATING AND PURIFYING LIQUIDS الملخـــص يتضمن جهاز تجويف مائع fluid cavitation apparatus على مبيت housing ، دوار خارجي external rotor ذو فتحات تجويف cavitation bores في سطح خارجي منه outer surface thereof، ومحرك motor لتدوير الدوار الخارجي external rotor. يتباعد السطح الداخلي inner surface من المبيت housing عن السطح الخارجي outer surface من الدوار الخارجي external rotor لإنشاء منطقة تجويف مائع fluid cavitation zone. يتكون السطح الداخلي للمبيت inner surface of the housing بشكل لولبي spiral shape ومنطقة نفق tunnel zone لتحسين خصائص النقل الحراري thermal transfer characteristics لمائع fluid للتدفئة heating، التبريد cooling ، والتنقية purification. ونظام تحكم control system لتسهيل سرعة المحرك المناسبة proper motor speed، ومسلك المائع fluid behavior لتحسين عملية جهاز التجويف cavitation process. الشكل 1.
