Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لفصل مكونات خليط غازي gas mixture سيتم علاجه، يتضمن ميثان methane ، نيتروجين nitrogen وهيدروكربون hydrocarbon واحد على الأقل له اثنين على الأقل من ذرات الكربون أو خليط من هذه الهيدروكربونات، تتضمن الخطوة التالية: أ) إدخال خليط الغاز المطلوب علاجه في عمود تقطير distillation columnأول لتكوين، عند الجزء السفلي من العمود، تيار سائل أول غني الهيدروكربون الذي يحتوي على ذرتي كربون على الأقل، وعند الجزء العلوي من العمود، تيار الغاز gas stream الأول الغني بالميثان methan-enriched gas stream؛ ب) إدخال تيار سائل أول غني بالهيدروكربون الذي له اثنين على الأقل من ذرات الكربون المشتق من الخطوة أ) في عمود تقطير distillation column ثاني لتكوين، عند الجزء العلوي من هذا العمود، تيار غاز غني بالميثان، وعند الجزء السفلي من هذا العمود، تيار سائل ثاني يتضمن على الأقل 85٪ بالمول من الهيدروكربونات التي لها اثنين على الأقل من ذرات الكربون الموجودة أوليا في الخليط المطلوب علاجه؛ يتسم بأن محتوى النيتروجين لتيار الغاز الثاني المذكور أقل بمقدار 1.5 مرة على الأقل من محتوى النيتروجي
