Abstract

تشتمل طريقة تخليق الجسيمات المتناهية الصغر 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal على عزل 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal من جزء من نبات Nuxia oppositifolia، مما يقلل من 3-oxolupenal للحصول على مسحوق 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal، يتم إذابة مسحوق 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal في الميثانول methanol لتكوين محلول أول a first solution، إضافة المحلول الأول إلى الماء المغلى لتكوين محلول ثانى، يذاب المحلول الثاني بتأثير الموجات الفوق صوتيه sonicating the second solution، و تجفد (تجفيف بالتثليج) بعد معاملته بالموجات الفوق صوتيه after sonication للحصول على جسيمات متناهية الصغر 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal مخلقه. وأظهرت الجسيمات المتناهية الصغر 3-أوكسولوبينال 3-oxolupenal المخلقه تأثيرات سامة للخلايا cytotoxic effects وتأثيرات مضادة للميكروبات antimicrobial effects. الشكل 1.
