Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمرفقات الهبوط الاضطراري للمركبات الطائرة، بحيث يشتمل على عدة منظومات من العجلات الاحتياطية والتي تتواجد في أسفل المركبة الطائرة وتثبت بالأماكن التي ترتكز بها المركبة الطائرة على سطح الأرض. كل منظومة تتكون من عجلات ذات أحجام صغيرة نسبياً وتكون مغطاة بأغلفة ذات تصاميم انسيابية تساعد في تخفيف مقاومة الهواء والاستفادة منه أثناء الطيران. تتميز مرفقات الهبوط بأن أغلفتها قابلة للتهشم والانتثار عند ارتطامها بأرضية الهبوط، فعندما يتعذر عمل أنظمة الهبوط الأساسية تباشر المركبة الطائرة عملية الهبوط وبعد ذلك ترتطم الأغلفة بمدرج الهبوط وتتهشم ومن ثم تظهر العجلات الاحتياطية والتي بدورها ترتكز عليها المركبة الطائرة في حالات الهبوط الاضطراري.
