Abstract

أسفلت مع مضاف رماد متطاير نفطي معدل ASPHALT WITH MODIFIED OIL FLY ASH ADDITIVE الملخـــص الأسفلت asphalt مع إضافة معدلة من رماد متطاير نفطي modified oil fly ash additive يوفر تماسك اسفلتي مُحسن improved asphalt binder للأسفلت الصلب asphalt concrete. وفي أحد التجسيمات، فإن الرماد المتطاير النفطي oil fly ash يتم تعديله ليتضمن مجموعة حمض كربوكسي carboxylic acid group (-COOH) مرتبطة مع سطح الرماد المتطاير النفطي surface of the oil fly ash. وفي تجسيم آخر، فإن الرماد المتطاير fly ash النفطي يتم تعديله لربط 1- أوكتاديكانوات octadecanoate إلي سطح الرماد المتطاير fly ash النفطي. ومضاف الرماد المتطاير النفطي المعدل يمكن أن يتم خلطه مع الأسمنت الأسفلتي asphalt cement أو مادة تساعد على التماسك binder material، أو يتم خلطها مع المادة المتجمعة aggregate material لتدمج في الأسمنت الأسفلتي asphalt concrete. والأسفلت مع مضاف رماد متطاير نفطي يحسن من درجة أداء performance grade تماسك الأسفلت من 64-10 إلى 82-10، ويزيل الحاجة لمعدل modifier بوليمر تجاري commercial polymer عادي، ويحسن مقاومة حفر
