Устройство для гофрирования труб, содержащее оправку для установки заготовки и формующий узел, включающий силовой цилиндр, на штоке которого размещены эластичный пуансон, опорная и нажимная втулки, ограниченные концевой гайкой, и размещенные в держателях гладкую и профильную разъемные матрицы, а также выполненные в виде силовых цилиндров механизмы осевого перемещения гладкой матрицы, последовательной подачи заготовки и смыкания разъемных матриц, отличающееся тем, что нажимная втулка и концевая гайка между собою подпружинены, снабжены элементами уплотнения и установлены на штоке с возможностью образования между ними кольцевой камеры дозированного объема, устройство снабжено связанной со штоком емкостью для принудительной подачи смазочной жидкости в кольцевую камеру для чего в штоке выполнены сообщаемый с емкостью канал, снабженный группой радиальных отверстий, и кольцевая проточка, образующие с нажимной втулкой золотниковую пару, при этом нажимная втулка снабжена радиальными отверстиями, выходящими в кольцевую проточку, и дополнительным каналом, выполненным с возможностью соединения кольцевой камеры с кольцевой проточкой на штоке.1.
