Способ хирургической коррекции птоза мягких тканей лица и шеи, включающий нанесение на кожу фигурного разреза по предварительно намеченной маркерной линии, отсепаровку кожи, натяжение кожного лоскута до необходимых пределов, наложение фиксирующих швов в основных точках разреза и иссечение избытка кожи, отличающийся тем, что отсепаровку кожи производят с захватом части подкожно-жировой клетчатки, на поверхностную фасцию лица и покрывающую ее жировую клетчатку накладывают внутренние швы из нерассасывающегося материала, а в подбородочной области и по линии нижней челюсти осуществляют удаление подкожно-жировой клетчатки путем липосакции.1.
