Способ лечения спастических форм детского церебрального паралича, путем медикаментозных блокад триггерных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что суставно-связочные и мышечные биологические активные точки (БАТ), совпадающие с локализацией триггерных пунктов, при спастических и спастико-гиперкинетических формах детского церебрального паралича вводят соответственно и поочередно с двух сторон в суставно-связочные точки 2-4 ЕД лидазы, а в мышечные БАТ - 0,1-0,5 мл воздуха, при этом в первый день обрабатываются мышечные БАТ - Р4,5,6,7,10, G14,14, IG7,15, во второй день суставно-связочные БАТ - GI10,11,15, С3,7,8, IG3, в третий день мышечные точки - С2, МС6, TR6,9,12,13,15,16, в четвертый день суставно-связочные БАТ -IG5,10, МС3,7,8, TR4,14, в пятый день мышечные БАТ -V10,11,13,15,23,25,37,56, VB31,36,39, в шестой день суставно-связочные точки - Е36,41, RP4,5, R2,3,6,10, в седьмой день мышечные точки - Е31,40, RP6,11, V57,59, R7,8, F5,6,9, в восьмой день суставно-мышечные точки - V28,60,62,64, VB34,40, F4,7,8, через 30 минут на область мышечных БАТ назначаются локальное тепло или компрессы, а на суставно-мышечные БАТ - лекарственный электрофорез с лидазой, курс лечения составляет 8-16 сеансов, проводящихся ежедневно.1.
