Claims (1)

Способ изготовления монолитных железобетонных и бетонных конструкций, включающий температурный контроль выдерживания конструкций путем измерения температуры в контрольных точках конструкций с последующей компьютерной обработкой полученных температурных данных, отличающийся тем, что измерение температуры проводят с помощью датчиков в виде промышленных микросхем, данные с которых вводятся в регистрирующий прибор с последующей обработкой их с помощью разработанной компьютерной программы определения прочности бетона в контрольных точках, скорости разогрева-остывания конструкций в ходе обогрева и выдерживания, а также температурные перепады "бетон/воздух" и дальнейшее прогнозирование прочности конструкций при их выдерживании при температуре окружающей среды по графикам и таблицам.A method of manufacturing monolithic reinforced concrete and concrete structures, including temperature control of the aging of structures by measuring temperature at control points of structures with subsequent computer processing of the obtained temperature data, characterized in that the temperature is measured using sensors in the form of industrial microcircuits, the data from which are entered into a recording device with their subsequent processing using the developed computer program for determining the strength of concrete in the control points, speed of heating-cooling structures during heating and aging, as well as temperature differences "concrete / air" and further prediction of the strength of structures when they are kept at ambient temperature according to graphs and tables.
