A method of treating traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible, which includes surgery, anti-inflammatory, desensitizing and antibacterial therapy, characterized in that after 2-3 hours after surgery, the values of biopotentials of biologically active points J24, E4, E6, T25 are measured and the reogram is calculated elasticity index, rheographic index, vascular tone index and peripheral resistance index, after which a low-frequency impulse is applied to the pathology site 100-120 mT of inductive electromagnetic field and biologically active points simultaneously affect low-frequency electrical pulses with an amplitude of up to 30 V synchronously with the patient’s pulse for 15-20 minutes, while the nature of the effect may vary depending on the course of the disease the dynamics of changes in biopotentials during exposure and after its completion, and the dynamics of change in eographically index values after each exposure based on the maximum effect criterion ivnosti treatment with a minimum time

and repeat exposure sessions each time, at the beginning of a decline in biopotential values of biologically active points 4-6 times a day for 7-10 days.
