1. Композиционный жаростойкий и жаропрочный материал, содержащий карбид кремния и дисилицид молибдена MoSi2, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит W5Si3 и Mo5Si3 и (Mo,W)5Si3 и (Mo,W)5Si3C, а также WSi2 и (Mo,W)Si2 при следующем соотношении компонентов (об.%):
W5Si3 и Mo5Si3 и (Mo,W)5Si3 и (Mo,W)5Si3C и Mo5Si3C - 15-85
Карбида кремния - 2-85
Дисилициды вольфрама и молибдена WSi2 и MoSi2 и (Mo,W)Si2 - 0,8 -55
