1. A method of obtaining a foaming agent, including the production of egg melange by alkaline hydrolysis of a foaming base from fats and biologically active components from proteins, followed by neutralizing the excess alkali with acid and adding biologically active substances, perfumes, preservatives, thickeners and other modifying additives to the resulting product, characterized the fact that before alkaline hydrolysis in the egg melange injected vegetable oil, the amount of which in the resulting mixture is at least 10 wt. %, and alkaline hydrolysis of a mixture of egg melange with vegetable oil is carried out at a ratio of this mixture and alkali not more than 20: 1, and after alkaline hydrolysis, an oxidizing agent is introduced into the resulting product in an amount sufficient to obtain a yellow (egg) color product. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that as the oxidizing agent use hydrogen peroxide or hydroperite in an amount of 0.1-1.0% by weight of the product.
