Claims (14)

1. Объединенный способ получения уксусной кислоты и/или винилацетата, который включает следующие стадии:

(в) разделение продукта со стадии (б) дистилляцией на верхнюю азеотропную фракцию, включающую винилацетат и воду, и нижнюю фракцию, включающую уксусную кислоту, и
(г) либо (I) выделение уксусной кислоты из нижней фракции, полученной на стадии (в), и необязательный возврат азеотропной фракции, полученной на стадии (в), после частичного или полного отделения от нее воды, на стадию (в), либо (II) выделение винилацетата из азеотропной фракции, полученной на стадии (в), и необязательный возврат нижней фракции, полученной на стадии (в), на стадию (б), либо (III) выделение уксусной кислоты из нижней фракции, полученной на стадии (в), и выделение винилацетата из верхней азеотропной фракции, полученной на стадии (в).
1. The combined method of producing acetic acid and / or vinyl acetate, which includes the following stages:
(a) contacting in a first reaction zone a gaseous feed containing ethylene and / or ethane and optionally water vapor with a molecular oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a catalyst effective to oxidize ethylene to acetic acid and / or ethane to acetic acid and ethylene to obtain a first product comprising acetic acid, water, ethylene (or as unreacted ethylene and / or ethylene formed as a by-product) and optionally also ethane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and / or nitrogen,
(b) contacting in the second reaction zone in the presence or absence of additional amounts of ethylene and / or acetic acid, at least a portion of the first gaseous product, comprising at least acetic acid, ethylene and optionally also one or more products such as water, ethane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and / or nitrogen, with a molecular oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a catalyst effective in the production of vinyl acetate, to obtain a second product including vinyl acetate, water, vinegar acid and optionally ethylene,
(c) separating the product from step (b) by distillation into an upper azeotropic fraction comprising vinyl acetate and water, and a lower fraction comprising acetic acid, and
(d) either (I) the separation of acetic acid from the lower fraction obtained in stage (c) and the optional return of the azeotropic fraction obtained in stage (c) after partial or complete separation of water from it, to stage (c), or (II) the separation of vinyl acetate from the azeotropic fraction obtained in stage (c), and the optional return of the lower fraction obtained in stage (c) to stage (b), or (III) the separation of acetic acid from the lower fraction obtained in stage ( C), and the selection of vinyl acetate from the upper azeotropic fraction obtained in stage (C).
