1. A method of invasive laser surgery of tumor formations, in which the tumor tissue is exposed to radiation of a neodymium laser by means of a fiber, characterized in that the boundaries of the tumor in the affected organ are identified, a puncture needle is inserted into the tumor tissue, in the lumen of which a quartz fiber is placed, tumor tissue by radiation of a neodymium laser with a power of 30-60 W, in a pulsed mode, with a pulse repetition rate of 80 Hz, the exposure is carried out once until complete destruction tumor tissue. 2. 2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the identification of the boundaries of the tumor in the affected organ, the control of the location of the fiber and the control of the destruction of the tumor tissue is performed using scanning ultrasound equipment.
