Способ ускоренного изучения иностранных языков, включающий сенсорный и субсенсорный методы обучения и аутогенную тренировку, отличающийся тем, что вначале проводят аутогенную тренировку для мобилизации душевных и физических сил обучаемого, затем осуществляют субсенсорный этап обучения, заключающийся в визуальном восприятии обучаемым суггестологической части видеофильма, включающей изучаемый материал, например различные пары слов на иностранном языке и их перевод на язык обучаемого, после этого переходят к сенсорному этапу обучения, состоящему из осознанного аудиовизуального восприятия содержащейся во второй части видеофильма учебной информации, включающему ее проговаривание обучаемым, и работы с контрольными карточками, содержащими изучаемый материал, путем создания у обучаемого ассоциативных зрительных образов изучаемого материала, например слов.1.
