Устройство для охлаждения и замораживания грунта, включающее грунтовый и воздушный теплообменники и соединительный теплопровод в виде мягкого гофрированного рукава, отличающееся тем, что устройство снабжено термоаккумулятором в виде объемлющей воздушный теплообменник с зазором, заполненным антифризом, трубы, а соединительный теплопровод снабжен патрубком, присоединенным нижним торцом к грунтовому теплообменнику, а верхним - к нижнему торцу трубы термоаккумулятора, причем мягкий рукав прикреплен верхним концом к нижнему торцу воздушного теплообменника, а нижним - к внутренней поверхности патрубка ниже уровня сезонного промерзания и оттаивания грунта с возможностью относительного осевого перемещения совместно с воздушным теплообменником.1.
