Claims

1. A petal fastener, comprising: a substrate (48) of a fastener containing a structural connecting part (50), a connecting part of a user (52), an edge of an end of a connecting part of a user (60), an edge of an end of a connecting structural part (51), a pair of opposite side edge sections (53), the attached surface (68) and the surface of the user (67); fixing means attached to the fastening surface (68) of the fastener substrate (48) at least along the connecting part of the user (52) of the substrate and a gripping element (72) attached to the surface of the user (67) in the portion of the connecting part of the user (52) of the substrate ( 48) fasteners, moreover, this gripping element (72) has an outer end part (74), which is substantially free, and a base part (76), which in action is attached to the surface of the user (67) of the fastener substrate (48), andthe element (72) is configured to cross the fastener substrate (48) in a place that is separated from the structural connecting part (50), and is located between this structural connecting part (50) and the edge of the end of the connecting part of the user (60) of this substrate ( 48) fasteners.

The fastener petal according to claim 1, in which the securing means comprise a leading zone (59) directed to the edge of the end of the user connecting part (60), and a tail zone (61) directed to the structural connecting part (50) of the substrate (48) fasteners; and in which the gripping element (72) is configured to cross the fastener substrate (48) at a location that is the middle part of the leading zone (59) and the tail zone (61) of the fastening means.

3. The petal clasp at least one of the preceding paragraphs, in which the fixing means contain means for fixing with adhesion.

4. Petal fasteners in at least one of paragraphs. 1 or 2, in which the fixing means contain means for implementing cohesion.

5. Petal clasps in at least one of paragraphs. 1 or 2, in which the fixing means comprise means for effecting the fixing by mechanical coupling.

6. The fastener petal according to claim 5, wherein the securing means comprise a component with hook and loop fasteners (30).

7. The closure petal according to claim 5, wherein the securing means comprise a component with hook and loop fastener loops (30).

The closure petal according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein the gripping element (72) comprises an element such as a blade or sheet that intersects the fastener substrate (48) along a line that is approximately aligned with the transverse direction of the fastener substrate (48).

The petal of the fastener according to at least one of the preceding paragraphs, in which the gripping element (72) can be located approximately parallel to and adjacent to the surface of the user (67) of the fastener substrate (48), and in which the remote end part (74) of the gripping element (72) is located beyond the edge of the end of the connecting part of the user (60) when the gripping element (72) is located mainly parallel and adjacent.

10. Petal fasteners in at least one of paragraphs. 1-7, in which the gripping element (72) comprises an element such as a blade or sheet that intersects the fastener substrate (48) along a line that is approximately aligned with the transverse direction of the fastener substrate (48).

11. Petal fasteners in at least one of paragraphs. 1-7, in which the gripping element (72) has the shape of a lace that intersects the fastener substrate (48) at a location that is midway between the side edges (53) of the fastener substrate (48).

12. Petal fasteners in at least one of paragraphs. 2-11, in which the leading zone (59) of the fastening means is specially separated from the tail zone (61) of the fastening means by a selected gap (65), which is essentially not a fastening.

13. Petal fasteners in at least one of paragraphs. 2-12, in which the leading zone (59) of the fastening means is substantially at the same distance with the lateral edges of the fastener substrate (48).

14. The clasp petal according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein the securing means include a securing substrate (78) that is attached to the clasp substrate (48) by the connecting means of the substrate (77) and in which the intersection between the gripping element (72) and the fastener substrate (48) is located laterally inward from the side edge (79) of the substrate connecting means (77).

15. An article comprising a fastener portion and an attachment portion (46), wherein the fastener portion is for selectively attaching to the attachment portion (46); and at least one petal fastener made in accordance with at least one of the preceding paragraphs of the present invention for attaching a section of the fastener to the site of attachment (46).

16. The product according to p. 15 also contains: the outer layer (22); a top layer (24) attached to the outer layer (22); and absorbent filler (26), laid between the outer layer (22) and the upper layer (24).
