Claims (26)

с) очистку неочищенного рекомбинантного белка вируса папилломы для получения очищенного белка.7. A method of obtaining a purified protein according to claim 1, comprising:
a) transformation of the host with a recombinant DNA molecule encoding a protein selected from papilloma virus L1 protein, papilloma virus L2 protein, papilloma virus L1 + L2 proteins, papilloma virus L1 + L2 proteins and their functional derivatives;
b) culturing the transformed host under conditions enabling expression of the recombinant DNA molecule to obtain a crude recombinant papilloma virus protein; and
c) purification of the crude recombinant papilloma virus protein to obtain a purified protein.

c) additional purification of this protein using gel filtration chromatography.

c) additional purification of this protein using gel filtration chromatography.
