Состав для изготовления теплоизоляционного материала по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве химического детоксиканта используют лигносульфонаты технические или смесь поливинилового спирта и солянокислого гидроксиламина при их массовом соотношении 1:(0,1-0,33) соответственно, или сульфитно-дрожжевую бражку, а в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества используют натриевые или кальцевые соли сульфированного продукта конденсации отходов производства фенола с формальдегидом, иди натриевые или кальциевые соли сульфированного продукта конденсации нафталина с формальдегидом, или стирола с формальдегидом, или меламина с формальдегидом в смеси с натриевыми или триэтаноламиновыми солями сульфатов алкиламидов синтетических жирных кислот фракции С10- С16 или с теми же солями алкилсерных кислот фракции С12-С16 при их массовом соотношении 1:(0,5-1,5) соответственно, а в качестве кислотного отвердителя используют щавелевую кислоту или муравьиную кислоту, иди кремнефтористоводородную кислоту, или фосфорную кислоту, или их бинарные или тройные смеси при массовом соотношении 1:1 и 1:1:1 соответственно, а в качестве наполнителя используют лигниновую муку или древесно-шлифовальную пыль, или строительный песок, или гипс, или керамзитовую пыль, или стекловолокно, или графитовую пыль, или технический углерод, или гранулы вспененного полистирола, или их бинарные смеси при массовом соотношении 1:1.1.
