Способ работы отопительной котельной, по которому сетевую воду, поступающую от потребителей по обратному трубопроводу теплосети, нагревают в водогрейных котлах и по подающему трубопроводу теплосети направляют потребителям, температуру сетевой воды перед водогрейными котлами поддерживают постоянной, для чего осуществляют рециркуляцию части воды из подающего трубопровода в обратный трубопровод теплосети, утечки сетевой воды в теплосети компенсируют подпиточной водой, которую готовят в вакуумном деаэраторе, для чего в деаэратор подают исходную воду и греющий агент по трубопроводам исходной воды и греющего агента, а деаэрированную воду по подпиточному трубопроводу направляют в обратный трубопровод теплосети, отличающийся тем, что рециркуляцию воды осуществляют через трубопровод греющего агента, вакуумный деаэратор и подпиточный трубопровод, а поддержание постоянной температуры сетевой воды перед водогрейными котлами производят путем регулирования расхода воды в трубопроводе греющего агента вакуумного деаэратора.The method of operation of a heating boiler room, in which the network water supplied from consumers through the return heating pipe is heated in boilers and sent to the consumers through the heating supply pipe, the temperature of the supply water in front of the heating boilers is kept constant, for which part of the water is recycled from the supply pipe to the return heating pipeline, network water leaks in the heating network are compensated by make-up water, which is prepared in a vacuum deaerator, for which I submit to the deaerator t the source water and the heating agent through the pipelines of the source water and the heating agent, and the deaerated water through the make-up pipe is sent to the return pipe of the heating network, characterized in that the water is recycled through the pipe of the heating agent, the vacuum deaerator and the make-up pipe, and maintaining a constant temperature of the network water in front of hot water boilers, they are produced by regulating the flow of water in the pipeline of the heating agent of a vacuum deaerator.
