Abstract

FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant includes pipe lines, vacuum deaerator, steam turbines; lower preheater of one turbine is connected to starting water pipe line between turbine condenser and vacuum deaerator and upper preheater is connected to heating water pipe line between circulating and supply pipe lines. This turbine is also provided with regulator-limiter for control of flow rate of heating water through upper preheater which is connected with water flow sensors used to control flow rate of water through lower and upper preheaters, adjusting member being fitted in heating water pipe line after upper preheater. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency and reliability of plant due to smooth loading of turbine preheaters.

Предложена установка, содержащая сетевые трубопроводы, вакуумный деаэратор, паровые турбины, у одной из которых нижний сетевой подогреватель включен в трубопровод исходной воды между конденсатором турбины и вакуумным деаэратором, а верхний - в трубопровод сетевой воды между обратным и подающим сетевыми трубопроводами. На этой же турбине установлен регулятор-ограничитель расхода сетевой воды через верхний сетевой подогреватель, связанный с датчиками расхода воды через нижний и верхний сетевые подогреватели и регулирующим органом на трубопроводе сетевой воды за верхним сетевым подогревателем. Такое исполнение установки позволяет повысить экономичность и надежность установки за счет равномерной загрузки сетевых подогревателей турбины, нижний сетевой подогреватель которой выделен для подогрева исходной воды.The invention relates to the field of power engineering.
