Claims (20)

1. Компонент на интегральной схеме, содержащий процессорное средство для обработки информации внутри этого компонента на интегральной схеме; первое средство хранения данных для хранения уникальной пары ключей шифрования, цифрового сертификата, предназначенного для аутентификации, и открытого ключа шифрования изготовителя компонента на интегральной схеме, причем упомянутое первое средство хранения данных связано с упомянутым процессорным средством; второе средство хранения данных для хранения упомянутой информации, обработанной процессорным средством, причем второе средство хранения данных связано с процессорным средством; средство для генерирования упомянутой уникальной пары ключей шифрования, связанное с процессорным средством, и средство интерфейса для обеспечения информационного обмена между упомянутым компонентом на интегральной схеме и вторым компонентом на интегральной схеме, при этом средство интерфейса связано с процессорным средством.
2. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первое средство хранения данных включает в себя энергонезависимую память.
3. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.2, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый цифровой сертификат, предназначенный для аутентификации, представляет собой открытый ключ шифрования изготовителя компонента на интегральной схеме, зашифрованный индивидуальным ключом шифрования этого изготовителя.
4. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.2, отличающийся тем, что первое средство хранения данных кроме того содержит криптографический алгоритм.
5. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.1, отличающийся тем, что второе средство хранения данных включает в себя запоминающее устройство с произвольной выборкой.
6. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.5, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое средство генерирования включает в себя генератор случайных чисел.
7. Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.6, отличающийся тем, что средство интерфейса содержит шинный интерфейс, связанный с шиной для обеспечения канала связи между данным компонентом на интегральной схеме и вторым компонентом на интегральной схеме, для обеспечения возможности компоненту на интегральной схеме дешифровать и запоминать информацию, переданную данному компоненту на интегральной схеме от упомянутого второго компонента на интегральной схеме, и для шифрования и передачи информации от данного компонента на интегральной схеме упомянутому второму компоненту на интегральной схеме.
8. Компонент на интегральной схеме для шифрования и дешифрования информации, содержащий энергозависимую память для хранения уникальной пары ключей шифрования, сертификата устройства изготовителя компонента на интегральной схеме и открытого ключа шифрования упомянутого изготовителя; память с произвольной выборкой для хранения указанной информации; процессорный блок для внутренней обработки указанной информации, причем процессорный блок связан с энергонезависимой памятью и с памятью с произвольной выборкой; генератор случайных чисел для генерирования уникальной пары ключей шифрования, причем упомянутый генератор случайных чисел связан с процессорным блоком, и интерфейс для обеспечения возможности компоненту на интегральной схеме устанавливать связь по меньшей мере с вторым компонентом на интегральной схеме, при этом упомянутый интерфейс связан с процессорным блоком.

Компонент на интегральной схеме по п.8, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый интерфейс обеспечивает канал связи между данным компонентом на интегральной схеме и вторым компонентом на интегральной схеме для обеспечения данному компоненту на интегральной схеме возможности дешифрования и запоминания информации, передаваемой данному компоненту на интегральной схеме, и возможности шифрования и передачи информации, подлежащей передаче от данного компонента на интегральной схеме упомянутому второму компоненту на интегральной схеме.
10. Система, содержащая главное процессорное средство для выполнения программы для ЭВМ; средство памяти для хранения упомянутой программы; шинное средство для связи главного процессорного средства и средства памяти и средство элемента аутентификации, связанное с шинным средством, для внутреннего дешифрования криптографической информации, введенной в упомянутое средство элемента аутентификации, и шифрования криптографической информации, выводимой из упомянутого средства элемента аутентификации, причем упомянутое средство элемента аутентификации включает в себя процессорное средство для обработки вводимой и выводимой криптографической информации внутри указанного средства элемента аутентификации, первое средство хранения данных для хранения уникальной пары ключей шифрования, сертификата устройства изготовителя упомянутого средства элемента аутентификации и открытого ключа шифрования упомянутого изготовителя, используемого для дешифрования вводимой криптографической информации и шифрования выводимой криптографической информации, причем это первое средство хранения данных связано с упомянутым процессорным средством, второе средство хранения данных для временного хранения вводимой и выводимой криптографической информации, связанное с упомянутым процессорным средством, средство для генерирования упомянутой уникальной пары ключей шифрования, связанное с упомянутым процессорным средством, и средство интерфейса для обеспечения связи между данной системой и удаленной системой, связанное с упомянутым процессорным средством.
11. Система по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что первое средство хранения данных содержит энергонезависимую память для сохранения упомянутой уникальной пары ключей шифрования и в случае отсоединения питания от упомянутой энергонезависимой памяти.
12. Система по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое первое средство хранения данных содержит также криптографический алгоритм.
13. Система по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое средство генерирования содержит генератор случайных чисел.
14. Система, содержащая элемент памяти для хранения по меньшей мере одной программы шифрования и дешифрования; главный процессор для выполнения упомянутых программ шифрования и дешифрования; шину для связи главного процессора и элемента памяти; и элемент аппаратных средств, связанный с шиной, для внутреннего дешифрования информации, вводимой от удаленного устройства, и шифрования информации, выдаваемой удаленному устройству, причем упомянутый элемент аппаратных средств включает в себя процессор для обработки упомянутой вводимой и выводимой информации в упомянутом элементе аппаратных средств, энергонезависимый элемент памяти для хранения уникальной выделенной пары ключей шифрования, сертификата устройства для аутентификации и открытого ключа шифрования изготовителя, причем все эти данные предназначены для использования при дешифровании упомянутой вводимой информации и шифрования упомянутой выводимой информации, а энергонезависимый элемент памяти связан с упомянутым процессором, энергозависимый элемент памяти для временного хранения упомянутой вводимой и выводимой информации, обрабатываемой упомянутым процессором, генератор случайных чисел для генерирования упомянутой уникальной пары ключей шифрования, и интерфейс для обеспечения связи между упомянутыми данной системой и удаленной системой, связанный с упомянутым процессором.
15. Система по п.14, отличающаяся тем, что энергозависимый элемент памяти кроме того предназначен для хранения по меньшей мере одного криптографического алгоритма.
16. Способ для дистанционной идентификации и аутентификации пары элементов аппаратных средств, включающий следующие операции: установление канала связи между первым и вторым элементами аппаратных средств; аутентификация упомянутых первого и второго элементов аппаратных средств; передача сообщения запроса от первого элемента аппаратных средств второму элементу аппаратных средств для определения того, обладает ли второй элемент аппаратных средств маркером действенности лицензии; генерирование сообщения запроса переноса от первого элемента аппаратных средств к второму элементу аппаратных средств, если второй элемент аппаратных средств обладает маркером действенности лицензии; перенос маркера действенности лицензии от второго элемента аппаратных средств к первому элементу аппаратных средств; генерирование сообщения приема маркера от первого элемента аппаратных средств к второму элементу аппаратных средств после приема маркера действенности лицензии; и прекращение действия канала связи.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что операция аутентификации включает в себя передачу уникального сертификата устройства, хранящегося в первом элементе аппаратных средств, к второму элементу аппаратных средств; и дешифрование уникального сертификата устройства для получения открытого ключа шифрования первого элемента аппаратных средств для осуществления информационного обмена с первым элементом аппаратных средств и его аутентификации.

Способ по п.17, отличающийся тем, что операция аутентификации дополнительно содержит операции передачи уникального сертификата устройства, запомненного во втором элементе аппаратных средств, к первому элементу аппаратных средств, и дешифрование уникального сертификата устройства для получения открытого ключа шифрования второго элемента аппаратных средств для осуществления информационного обмена с вторым элементом аппаратных средств и его аутентификации.

Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что операция аутентификации также включает следующие операции: генерирование сообщения запроса, шифруемого упомянутым открытым ключом шифрования первого элемента аппаратных средств; передача сообщения запроса второму элементу аппаратных средств; дешифрование сообщения запроса и формирование ответа на сообщение запроса вторым элементом аппаратных средств; генерирование сообщения запроса, шифруемого открытым ключом шифрования второго элемента аппаратных средств; передача сообщения запроса первому элементу аппаратных средств; и дешифрование сообщения запроса и формирование ответа на это сообщение запроса первым элементом аппаратных средств.
20. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что перед генерированием запроса переноса дополнительно осуществляют следующие операции: определение вторым элементом аппаратных средств, обладает ли второй элемент аппаратных средств маркером действенности лицензии, и при этом прекращают осуществление связи, если второй элемент аппаратных средств не обладает маркером действенности лицензии, и генерируют сообщение ответа на сообщение запроса, если второй элемент аппаратных средств обладает маркером действенности лицензии.
