Claims (1)

Способ сборки объемных агрегатов летательных аппаратов, включающий сборку верхних и нижних секций из частей шпангоутов и панелей, установку и фиксацию нижней секции на ложементах и в стапельной плите, установку в стапель верхней секции, стыковку шпангоутов и панелей обеих секций, их фиксацию стыковочными накладками и соединение панелей по продольным стыкам, отличающийся тем, что перед установкой в стапель на шпангоуты внутри верхней секции монтируют по хорде сечения раздвижные штанги, снабженные сориентированными вниз стойками-упорами с домкратами, затем к шпангоутам нижней секции на установочные базовые отверстия крепят стыковочные пластины, после чего верхнюю секцию устанавливают в стапель, обеспечивая совпадение плоскостей ее шпангоутов с соответствующими плоскостями стыковочных пластин и соприкосновение всех стоек-упоров с балками пола, фиксируют секцию в стапельной плите, а совмещение установочных базовых отверстий в ободах шпангоутов и стыковочных пластинах ведут регулировкой длины раздвижных штанг и осевым перемещением домкратов стоек-упоров.A method of assembling volumetric units of aircraft, including assembling the upper and lower sections from the parts of frames and panels, installing and fixing the lower section on the lodgements and in the slip plate, installing the upper section in the stock, joining the frames and panels of both sections, fixing them with docking plates and connecting panels along the longitudinal joints, characterized in that before installation in the stock on the frames inside the upper section, sliding rods are mounted along the chord of the section, equipped with downward-oriented struts-stops with jacks, then docking plates are attached to the mounting frames of the lower section on the mounting base holes, after which the upper section is installed in the slipway, ensuring that the planes of its frames coincide with the corresponding planes of the docking plates and the contact of all the support posts with the floor beams fix the section in the slipway plate, and the combination of the mounting base holes in the rims of the frames and the connecting plates are adjusted by the length of the sliding rods and the axial movement of the jacks of the uprights.
