Лазерный целеуказатель-дальномер, включающий приемопередатчик, в корпусе которого размещены дневной визирный канал, лазерный излучающий и приемно-дальномерный канал, цифровой дисплей, оптически сопряженный с информационным окуляром и проектор прицельной марки с источником подсветки марки, канал ночного видения с оптически сопряженными объективом, приемником изображения и окуляром, причем канал ночного видения выполнен с возможностью установки на корпус приемопередатчика, а объектив канала ночного видения оптически сопряжен с проектором прицельной марки посредством устройства параллельного переноса изображения, отличающийся тем, что канал ночного видения снабжен дополнительным лазерным излучающим каналом, генератором высоковольтных импульсов, блоком регулируемой временной задержки и генератором импульсов тока с узлом оперативной регулировки амплитуды тока, причем вход блока регулируемой временной задержки подключен к выходу дополнительного лазерного излучающего канала, выход блока регулируемой временной задержки подключен к входу генератора высоковольтных импульсов, выход которого подключен к приемнику изображения, и к входу генератора импульсов тока, выход которого выполнен с возможностью подключения к источнику подсветки прицельной марки, при этом цифровой дисплей подключен к дополнительно введенному в приемопередатчик блоку оперативного управления яркостью цифрового дисплея.1.
