Овощерезка, содержащая опорную поверхность, вертикальные и горизонтальные ножи, отличающаяся тем, что на опорной поверхности размещен корпус с крышкой, внутри которого с одной его стороны помещен поршень с остриями и прорезями, снабженный штоком с зубчатой линейкой, находящейся в механическом контакте с зубчатым колесом, установленным на оси двигателя, и ориентированной в пространстве прижимными к штоку роликами, а с другой стороны в пазах корпуса последовательно установлены три системы ножей, одна из которых имеет набор параллельных ножей, плоскости лезвий которых расположены вдоль оси корпуса и установлены на фиксированных расстояниях, вторая система ножей выполнена с возможностью поворота вокруг оси корпуса и жесткой фиксацией ее в выбранном положении, при этом ножи этой системы, плоскости лезвий которых расположены вдоль оси корпуса, установлены на различных расстояниях и имеют различную форму, третья система ножей снабжена кольцом, имеющим возможность вращения вокруг оси корпуса, причем его внешняя поверхность выполнена зубчатой, входящей в механический контакт с другим зубчатым колесом, насаженным на ось второго двигателя, а внутри кольца расположен нож, плоскость лезвия которого совпадает с плоскостью лезвия одного из ножей первой системы и перпендикулярна оси корпуса.1.
