SUBSTANCE: method for timely detecting faulty thyristors used in thyristor converters involves control and forecasting of variations in a difference between the actual temperature of thyristor structure and a temperature obtained on the basis of an equivalent thyristor model. EFFECT: improved procedure of testing without turning a product to be tested as a whole on a special test mode.

Способ предназначен для своевременного выявления дефектных тиристоров, используемых в тиристорных преобразователях, без вывода изделия, в специальный контрольный режим. Положительный эффект достигается за счет контроля и прогнозирования изменения разности между фактической температурой структуры тиристора и полученной с помощью его эквивалентной модели.The invention relates to the field of thermal non-destructive testing of power electrical engineering, in particular thyristor thyristor converters.
