The purpose of creating a useful model is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of long-healing wounds due to the complex effect of laser radiation on the wound surface and the drug substance created by a fine aerosol.

The treatment procedure itself is as follows. Using a special device, a pneumatic optical attachment is installed above the treated surface at a distance of 10-15 cm.Then, using the focusing system, we combine the diameter of the light spot of laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.65 μm, a radiation power of 30 mW and a pulsed mode of operation with the diameter of the processed surface. The exposure time is 10 minutes, the procedure is repeated 2 times a day for 7-10 days. In the case when the size of the pathological focus exceeds the maximum allowable diameter of the light spot of laser radiation, then the radiation is carried out in zones, taking into account the total individual dose of the patient for each treatment procedure.
Further, taking into account the phase of the wound process and the size of the treated surface, as well as the density of the drug used, we establish by selecting on the dosing apparatus the necessary volume and speed of the drug.
The next step in the treatment procedure is the choice of compressed air pressure for optimal spraying of the drug and the implementation of micropneumatic massage. In this case, it is necessary to take into account the sensitivity of each patient to this procedure. After selecting the optimal pressure of compressed air, it is heated using a heater (up to 37 degrees). At this stage, there is both cooling of the process (due to lowering the temperature during injection) and artificial heating. In the first case, we resort to local anesthesia, and in the second, we create a microclimate that promotes the maximum penetration of the drug substance into the tissues of the pathological focus.
This versatile laser physiotherapy unit is designed to treat long-term non-healing wounds, the use of which, compared with traditional methods of treatment, can reduce the time of hospitalization. This is due, firstly, to the local injection of a liquid drug into the area of the pathological focus in the form of a finely dispersed spray, which eliminates the possibility of side effects of the drug on other human organs; secondly, this installation allows you to further enhance the effect of treatment due to micropneumatic massage of the treated surface; thirdly, the smooth adjustment of the air flow temperature makes it possible to significantly affect the susceptibility of the wound surface to the effects of laser radiation and the drug.
The proposed device can and should be used in surgical departments, vascular departments of hospitals and on an outpatient basis.
