Claims (1)
- Способ производства напитков на основе соков, включающий введение в сок коагулянта, осветление сока и смешивание его с рецептурными ингредиентами, отличающийся тем, что в качестве коагулянта используют водный или водно-спиртовый экстракт гранатовых корок, при этом его введение осуществляют в количестве 5-15 мас.% сока в пересчете на содержание сухих веществ 6 мас.%.
