Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: enzymotherapeutic and antiviral preparation is living culture of weak virulent and biochemically active strains of β--hemolytic streptococci of group A in sterile saline solution at concentration 1-2 billion/ml bacterial cells. Method of preparing involves culture mixing with meat-peptone broth and glucose at pH = 7.6-7.8. After flake-like precipitate formation culture is transferred on solid blood agar and incubated. Living culture is removed from blood agar surface by sterile saline solution up to the definite concentration. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.

Энзимотерапевтический и противовирусный препарат представлен живой культурой слабовирулентных биохимических активных штаммов бета-гемолитических стрептококков группы А в стерильном физиологическом растворе при концентрации 1-2 млрд/мл бактериальных клеток. По способу изготовления культура смешивается с мясо-пептонным бульоном и глюкозой при рН 7,6-7,8. После образования хлопьевидного осадка культура переносится на твердый кровяной агар и инкубируется. Живая культура снимается с поверхности кровяного агара стерильным физиологическим раствором до определенной концентрации.The enzyme therapy and antiviral drug is represented by a living culture of weakly virulent biochemical active strains of group A beta-hemolytic streptococci in sterile saline at a concentration of 1-2 billion / ml of bacterial cells.
