Abstract

FIELD: cellular biology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes methods for increase of neuronal stem cells amount that differentiate to astrocytes, oligodendrocytes or neurons. Methods involve proliferation of the isolated neuronal stem cells in cultural medium containing the growth factor for cell-precursors producing. Cell-precursors were differentiated then to astrocytes, oligodendrocytes or neurons in the second cultural medium no containing the first growth factor but containing the second growth factor or combination of the growth factors. EFFECT: improved methods of cell amount increase.

Claims (1)

Сущность изобретения: способы повышения числа нейрональных стволовых клеток, которые дифференцируются в астроциты, олигодендроциты или нейроны, включают пролиферацию изолированных нейрональных стволовых клеток в культуральной среде, содержащей первый фактор роста для продуцирования клеток-предшественников.
