Способ синтеза полиамидокислоты для полиимидной композиции для изделий электронной техники, включающий введение в апротонный полярный растворитель исходных мономеров полиамидокислоты - диангидрида ароматической тетракарбоновой кислоты и ароматического диамина, перемешивание и выдержку раствора при температуре синтеза, отличающийся тем, что в растворитель вводят диангидрид дифенилтетракарбоновой кислоты и один из диаминов в их эквимолярном соотношении, а выдержку раствора осуществляют при температуре -2 oC +4oС в течение 3,5 - 4,5 ч.1.
